San Antonio is a village in the district of Huabal, which is home to ~32 farming families. The elevation ranges from 1750 to 1950 meters above sea level and the main coffee varieties grown are caturra and bourbon. Most of the producers pick their coffee themselves and with the help of family and neighbors, before processing and drying it at their home. This natural processed coffee has nice malic acidity with flavors reminiscent of candy apples, cooked fruit, and a caramelized sugar sweetness.
